Here’s a step-by-step guide for how to apply:
Step 1 – Find Your Fit: Select the right lease term to see pricing and availability. Our lease terms start either in the spring, summer, or fall – make sure to pick the right term and year for accurate information.
Step 2 – Apply: To hold your apartment we’ll need a completed application from each resident and earnest money. The final price, unit assignment, and move in date will be discussed prior to your lease signing. Please do not sign a lease without verifying these items!
Step 3 – Sign Your Lease: Once your application is approved, we’ll rush you your lease documents. The lease signing must take place within 24 hours of delivery or you may lose the apartment.
